Movement labs are an exploration of the diverse possibilities in which humans can move. Movement Labs can help increase our embodied awareness, challenge our mobility, coordination, balance, strength, skill and adaptability using a wide array of techniques, tools and situations.
Movement labs force us outside of our comfort zones and push us to move in new and diverse ways. This will not only benefit us in our day to day lives as it brings to light areas of the body that may be limiting, but also has major benefits for athletes and all movement practitioners.
Come with an open mind, a willingness to move and discover the many possibilities for yourself.
