10 Day Gratitude Challenge


Our #10daygratitudechallenge is back! 

Simply take a picture of one thing you're grateful for daily and tag @kindyogabyheart in your picture.

The challenge begins October 1st and ends October 10th (Thanksgiving Day).

All those who complete the challenge get a free class, and will also be entered into a draw for a chance to win a TEN CLASS PASS!

We can't wait to see all the joy and gratitude rolling in.
